How To Make MINT RASAM


Include it in your diet for many health benefits. Rasam is a spicy soup made in south India using tamarind juice, pepper, tomato, cumin and other spices. Vegetables and steamed lentils are also added to it for extra nutrition. It is either eaten along with rice or drunk after a meal
RECEIPE RASAM:


ADD 20 GMS TAMARIND PASTE 1no TOMATO with WATER MIXED WELL
ADD OIL -2SPOON
MUSTARD -1/2 SPOON FRY WELL
ADD 5 nos RED CHILLI
1/4 cup CURRY LEAVES
1/4 CUP MINT LEAVES
1/4 cup CORIENDER LEAVES
ADD TAKE THE WASTE TAMARIND TOMATO TO PUT OIL AND FRY IT WELL
ADD GRIND SPICES
ADD TAMARIND WATER
ADD CRYSTAL SALT/ROCK SALT (IN YOUR TASTE)
1/4 spoon ASAFOETIDA

SLIGHTLY BOIL STAGE BEFORE DROPPING
ADD IT CURRY LEAVES CORIENDER LEAVES.
