Garam dal -100 grams (Soaked) 3-4 hours
Toor dal - 2 tsp (Soaked)
onion - 2 nos
small onion - 10 nos
Tomato - 2 nos
Green chilli - 1 nos
coconut milk - 1/2 cup
coconut grated - 2 tsp
Garlic - 5 nos
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Red chilli powder ( Gravy ) - 3 tsp
saunf - 1 tsp
Mustard, fenureek seeds, Pepper - 1 tsp
Sesame oil - 3 tsp
Tamarind mix - 1 .5 cup
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Curry Leaves
Coriander Leaves
salt to taste
