Ingredients for Paneer Biryani :
Rice - 250 gms
Paneer - 100 gms
Onion - 1 nos big
Tomato - 2 Nos (small )
Green Chilli - 1 nos
Red chilli powder - 1.5 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste - 1.5 tsp
oil - 4 tsp
Ghee - 1 tsp
Saunf - 1/2 tsp
cinnamon - 1 inch
Cloves, Cardomom - each - 2 nos
Bay leaf - 1 nos
Salt to Taste
Mint Leaves
Coriander Leaves

Rice - 250 gms
Egg - 4 - 5 nos
Onion - 1 nos big
Tomato - 2 Nos (small )
Green Chilli - 1 nos

Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste - 1.5 tsp
oil - 4 tsp
Ghee - 1 tsp
