Mathi Fish - 1/2 kg
shallouts (small Onion ) - 10- 15 nos
Red chilli - 5 - 6 nos
Coriander seeds - 1/2 tsp
Pepper - 1 tsp
Saunf - 1 tsp
Tamarind - ( Amala size)
oil  to fry
Salt to taste
