Samai Rice - 150 gms.
Mysore dal - 50 gms
Toor dal - 50 gms
Garam dal - 50 gms
Cowpeas - 2 tsp
Chick peas - 2 tsp
Field Beans - 2 tsp
Onion - 3 nos
Coconut grated - 1/2 cup
Red chilli - 3 tsp
Green Chilli - 1 nos
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
oil - 1.5 tsp
mustard & urad dal - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 2 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Curry Leaves
salt to taste
