My dinner routine

Dear Friends,

Ingredients  for chapathi :

Wheat flour   - 300 gms
Salt to taste
Milk -1 cup
oil - 1 tsp
water needed
Ingredients  for  Tinda masala
Tinda  - 200 gms
chick peas - 100 gms
onion - 2 - 3 nos
Tomato - 2 nos
Red chilli  powder- 1.5 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli - 2 nos
Mustard  & urad dal - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
oil to fry
Salt to taste
