Ingredients :
Coriander seeds - 2 tsp
Red chilli -6 nos( if you want more spicy you can add 9-11 nos)
Dry Ginger Powder - 1 tsp
Pepper - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Cloves - 10 nos
Cardomom - 10 Nos
Black salt - 2.5 tsp
Dry Mango powder (amchor powder) - 3-4 tsp
Dry mint Leaves - 2 tsp
Aasfoetida - 1/2 tsp
