Biryani Rice - 1/2 kg
onion - 200gms
Tomato - 1/4 kg
Green chilli - 3 nos
oil - 7-8 tsp
Ghee - optional
Ginger, Garlic paste - 50 gms
Mint Leaves - One hand full
Coriander Leaves
Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
Biryani Masala (Home made) - 1 tsp
Bay Leaf - 2 nos
Kapok Buds (Marathi Moggu) - 2Nos
cinnamon - 2 inch
Cloves -5 nos
Jathi pathri - 1 nos
Star flower - 2 Nos
Saunf - 1/2 tsp
Cardamom - 3 nos
