 Pundu kolumbu(Garlic Gravy )

Ingredients:

Onion - 2 Nos
Tomato - 2 Nos
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
salt to taste
Gravy Powder - 3 tsp
Garlic - 10 nos
Garlic - 50 gms (Cooked & grind it)
Tamarind mix - 1 cup
Mustard , urad dal mix  jeera, pepper, fenugreek seeds(mixed)- 1 tsp
Curry Leaves
Coriander leaves
oil - 3-4 tsp

Ingredients:
Banana stem - 1 nos
Moong Dal - 25 gms
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Gravy masala powder  -1 tsp
Mustard & urad dal - 1/2 tsp
Gravy masala powder - 1 tsp
Green chilli - 1 nos
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Red chilli  - 1 nos
garlic - 10 nos
salt to taste
oil - 2  tsp
curry leaves
coriander leaves

Ingredients:

Snake guard - 150 gms

Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
