Ingredients for akaara adisial :

Raw rice - 2 tsp

Moong dal - 50 gms

Jaggery  - 50 gms

cashew - 8 nos

Coconut small piece  - 2-3 tsp

Dry grapes - 10 nos

Ghee - 2-3 tsp

Ingredients for ellodharai (Seasame Rice)

cooked rice - 250 gms

Seasame  - 50 gms

Red chilli - 4 nos

urad dal - 2 tsp

asafoetida - 1/4 tsp

Mustard urad dal - 1/2 tsp

Ingredients for pepper rice

cooked rice - 1 cup

Pepper - 1 tsp

Ghee - 2 tsp

Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp

Cashew - 5 nos

Ingredients for Lemon rice

Cooked rice - 1 cup

Lemon - 1 nos (medium)

Green chilli - 2 nos

Mustard  & Urad dal - 1/2 tsp

Ground nut - 1 tsp

Asafetida - 2 pinch

salt to taste 

oil - 2 -3 tsp
