Maan Eral Pepper Fry that uses simple ingredients. A pretty straight forward recipe that’s easy to make for even newbie cooks or bachelor cooks is an ideal side dish for parotta,dosa,idly,rice & etc. In this recipe the maan eral pepper fry are soft and juicy and have an interesting texture to them. its very good for stomach ulcer.

Ingredients:
Maan Eral  (liver) - 250 gms
Onion  (chopped) - 1 
Tomato (chopped) - 1
Green chilli    - 1
Oil                  - 4 tsp 
turmeric powder   - 1/4 tsp
chilli powder         - 1/4 tsp
Ginger                   - 1/2 inch piece
garlic                     - 25 gms
Salt to taste
curry leaves
coriender leaves
