Squids fry masala is very tasty recipe and we use very simple ingredients.its easy to make for even newbie cooks or bachelor cooks.squid is rich in vitamin B12, riboflavin, and phosphorous as well as significant amounts of magnesium, calcium, iron, zinc, niacin and vitamin B-6.Squid Total protein content is 13 grams with only 4 grams of carbohydrate and essentially no saturated fat.

Squid fry masala Receipe:
Ingredients:
Squid - 1/2 kg
oil   - 5 tsp
saunf - 1/2 tsp
onion - 2 nos
Tomato- 2 nos
Green chilli -2 nos
chillie powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Ginger,Garlic paste -2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1tsp
curry leaves
coriender leaves
Salt to taste
