mushroom Briyani that uses simple ingredients.
A pretty straight forward recipe that’s easy to make for even
newbie cooks or bachelor cooks Mushrooms have the ability to
soak up the flavors from all the added seasonings. In this
recipe the mushrooms are soft and juicy and have an interesting
texture to them. Mushrooms are healthy and provide vitamins and
nutrients and is very low in calories.

Ingredients For Mushroom Briyani:
Mushrooms (sliced thick) - 250 gms
Briyani rice                          - 500kg
Mutton masala powder    - 1 tsp
turmeric powder                - 1/4 tsp
chilli powder                      -2 tsp
Onion  (sliced)  -1 large
Tomato (sliced)  -3 medium
Ginger & Garlic  -100 gms
Green chilli         -2 nos
Oil                        -6 tsp
ghee                    -2 tsp
Saunf                  -1 tsp
Bay leaf, cardamom, cinammon stick -2
coriender leaves, annasi flower
mint
Salt to taste

Ingredients For Cucumber Salad:
Curd   
Cucumber(chopped)  : 1 nos
onion   (chopped)  : 1 nos
Tomato  (chopped)  : 1 nos (very small)
chilli  (chopped)  : 1 nos (medium)
coriander leaves
salt to taste
