Paneer Butter Masala


Panner Butter Masala is very tasty and easy recipe and we use very simple ingredients. its easy to make for even newbie cooks or bachelor cooks. Each of these ingredients will add a unique taste to the Gravy.
Panner Butter Masala is a perfect side dish to Naan, Parotta, chapatti, dosa, fried rice.it's my one of the favorite dish. so i like to share the recipe for all.

Health Benefits:

Paneer is not only rich in calcium, but also contains lots of vitamin B. Calcium is important for bone and cartilage growth and vitamin B helps the body to absorb and to distribute calcium properly. Therefore the paneer is great for children, the elderly, and women who are pregnant.

Apart from protein it also have good levels of vitamins, minerals, calcium and phosphorous that provides better and healthy nutrients for growth of bones, stronger teeth and brain among st kids

The health benefits of tofu are numerous. It helps prevent certain chronic diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure and also prevents cancers such as breast and prostate cancer

Ingredients:

Panner - 200gm
Butter - 25 gm
Oil      (as you required)
Saunf- 1/2 tsp
Cumin -1-2 tsp
Bayleaf-1
Onion - 2 nos
Tomato- 3 nos
Garlic   - 4 nos
Chilli Powder -1 tsp
Chilli Flakes -1/2 tsp
Sugar  -1 tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander Leaves
