Oyster Mushroom Pepper gravy is very tasty and easy recipe and we use very simple ingredients.its easy to make for even newbie cooks or bachelor cooks.

Oyster Mushroom Pepper gravy is a healthy side dish.

Oyster Mushroom Pepper gravy is a perfect side dish to Naan, Parotta, chappathi, dosa, fried rice... it's my one of the favourite dish. so i like to share the recipe for all.

They are loaded with various amounts of nutrients and vitamins which makes them a healthy diet. It is free from fat, cholesterol, gluten, low in calories and sodium. Ingredients: 

Oyster Mushroom -200gms
Oil -3tsp
Bay leaf -1
saunf  - 1/2 tsp
onion -1
tomato-2
Green chilli -1
chilli powder - 1/2tsp
TURMERIC POWDER -1/4 tsp
curry Leaves
Coriander Leaves

GRIND:

PEPPER- 1 tsp
cumin - 1 tsp
GARLIC -6 nos
ginger - 1/4 inch
CURRY LEAVES
GRIND IT IN FINE PASTE
