Vazhakkai podimas recipe Raw Banana podimas

Vazhakkai Podimas is very tasty and easy recipe and we use very simple ingredients. its easy to make for even newbie cooks or bachelor cooks.
Vazhakkai Podimas is a healthy side dish to childrens. Vazhakkai Podimas is a perfect side dish to Indian meal Steamed Rice, Vatha Kuzhambu, sambar, Rasam and curd Rice. it's my one of the favourite dish. so i like to share the recipe for all.


Ingredients:

Plantain/ vazhakkai - 1
Oil - 2 tsp
Mustard - 1/2 tsp
Urad dhal -1-2 tsp
Gram dhal -1/2 tsp
Onion - 1
Green chilli - 2
coconut - 1/4 cup
Garlic   - 3 nos
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida - 1pinch
Salt to taste
Curry Leaves
Coriander Leaves
