sirukeerai kootu recipe (Tropical Amarnath)
Ingredients:

Sirukeerai (Tropical Amarnath) - 1/2 Bunch
Onion - 1 Nos
Tomato - 1 Nos
Gravy Powder - 1 tsp
Garlic - 2 nos
Moong Dal - 50 gms ( add  2-3 garlic, Turmeric powder - 1 pinch  & Cooked )
Mustard & urad dal mix  - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli - 2 Nos
Curry Leaves
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp

Arbi Fry ( Sepankilangu fry )

Ingredients:
Arbi (Sepankilangu) - 1/4 kg
Tamarind Juice - 1 tsp
Garlic - 2 Nos
Gravy Powder - 1 tsp
Corn flour (or) Rice flour - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Curry Leaves
oil to fry

* Curry Leaves Gravy ( Kariveppilai kolumbu )

Ingredients:
Curry Leaves  ( Kariveppilai ) - 2 hand full
Red chilli - 7-8 nos
Gravy masala powder  - 2.5 tsp
Mustard & urad dal - 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
Tamarind juice - 1.5 cup
Pepper  - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Garam Dal - 2 tsp
urad dal - 2 tsp
Toor Dal - 2
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
garlic - one hand full nos
salt to taste
oil - 5-6  tsp
curry leaves
