Vendakkai puli kulambu( Lady finger Gravy )
Ingredients:

Lady finger  - 150 grams
small Onion - 15 Nos
Tomato - 1 Nos
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
salt to taste
Gravy Powder - 3 tsp
Garlic - 10-15 nos
Tamarind mix - 1 cup
Mustard , urad dal mix  jeera, pepper, fenugreek seeds(mixed)- 1 tsp
Curry Leaves
Coriander leaves
oil - 3-4 tsp

Moong Dal - 25 gms
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp

Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Red chilli  - 1 nos
garlic - 4 nos
salt to taste
oil - 2  tsp
curry leaves
coriander leaves
