Goat’s Cholesterol sheets - 1/2 kg
small onion (Shallots) - 20 nos
Onions – 1 nos
Tomatoes – 2 nos
Green Chillies – 1 nos
Ginger-garlic paste 1 spoon
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
cinnamon stick – 1, saunf – 1/2 tsp
Gravy Masala powder - 5 tsp
Add Oil - 3 tsp
Salt to taste
Curry Leaves
Coriander leaves
1.5 medium glass water need
