Ingredients :
Chicken - 1 kg
Basumathi rice - 1 kg (soaked rice 15 minutes)
onion - 300 gms
Small onion - 15nos (Make it fine paste)
Tomato - 500 gms
Ginger Garlic paste - 50gms
Green chilli - 10 nos
Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Biryani Masala - 1 tsp
Bay leaf -1 nos
Saunf - 1 tsp
Cardomom - 10 nos
Cinnamon - 2 inch
Cloves- 5 nos
Kapok Buds - 3 nos
kalpasi - 2nos
jathipathri - 1 nos
Ghee -2 tsp
oil - 150 ml
Salt to taste
Mint -one hand full
coriander - one hand full

Ingredients :
Mutton - 1/2 kg
onion - 4 nos
Tomato - 4 nos
shallouts (small Onion ) - 20 nos make it fine paste
Green chilli - 2 nos
Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tsp
Saunf - 1/2 tsp
oil
Gravy powder - 3 tsp
Salt to taste
Mint
Curry Leaves
Coriander Leaves

onion - 1 nos
Small Onion - 15-20 nos
Tomato - 1 Nos
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Green Chilli - 1 nos
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Cashew - 8 Nos
dagad phool (Kal pasi) ,Cinnamon (Pattai) ,Kapok Buds (Marathi Moggu) ,Mace ( Jathipathri ) Javithri - each 1 nos
Cardamom - 3 Nos
Bay leaves -1 Nos
Saunf - 1tsp
Poppy Seed - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
oil - 6 tsp
Salt to taste
