paneer kola urundai
Mushroom chenna kurma

Ingredients for Tomato kuska:
Basmathy Rice - 2 cup
onion - 2 nos
Small Onion - 8 nos
Tomato - 4 Nos
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli - 6 nos
Ginger Garlic paste - 1.5 tsp
Ghee - 1.5 tsp
oil - 4 tsp
Saunf - 1/2 tsp
cinnamon - 1 inch
Cloves, Bay leaf , star flower - each - 1 nos
Cardomom- 1 nos
Salt to Taste
Mint Leaves
Coriander Leaves

Ingredients for paneer kola urundai:
Paneer - 1 cup
Roasted chana gram powder - 4 tsp
Onion - 1 nos
Green Chillies - 2 nos
Ginger & Garlic paste - 1tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Corinder Leaves
Oil to fry
Salt to Taste

Mushrooms (sliced thick) - 250 gms
chenna (steamed): 50 gms
coconut (chopped): 1 cup
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
chilli powder -1 tsp
Onion (chopped) -1
Tomato (chopped) -1
Green chilli -1
Ginger -1 inch piece
garlic -6
Oil -2 tsp
Saunf - 1 tsp
Poppy seeds -1/2 tsp
Bay leaf, cardamom, cinammon stick -2
coriender leaves
mint
Salt to taste
