Indian Borage is one of the Healthy food . its very  Tasty and Easy also. we use very simple ingredients. Its easy to make for even Newbie cooks or Bachelor cooks. It adds a tasty sensation,  as side dish with Idly, dosa or meal .

Karpooravalli ( Indian Borage ) - 12 Leaves only 
Mint Leaves
Curry Leaves
Coriander Leaves
urad dal - 1 tsp
coconut - 2 tsp
pepper - 10 - 15 nos
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Green chilli - 1/2 pcs
oil - 1.5 tsp
Mustard - 1/2 tsp .
Tamarind - little
Salt to Taste
