Ingredients :
Chicken - 1 kg
Basumathi rice - 1 kg (soaked rice 15 minutes)
onion - 300 gms
Small onion - 15nos (Make it fine paste)
Tomato - 500 gms
Ginger Garlic paste - 50gms
Green chilli - 10 nos
Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Biryani Masala - 1 tsp
Bay leaf -1 nos
Saunf - 1 tsp
Cardomom - 10 nos
Cinnamon - 2 inch
Cloves- 5 nos
Kapok Buds - 3 nos
kalpasi - 2nos
jathipathri - 1 nos
Ghee -2 tsp
oil - 150 ml
Salt to taste
Mint -one hand full
coriander - one hand full
