Gingelly Oil \ (Refined oil) - 50 grams
Chilli powder - 3 tsp
Turmeric  - 1/4 tsp
Mustard - 1/2 tsp
Cumin -1/2 tsp
Fenugreek -1/4 tsp
Saunf -1/2 tsp
Vadagam - 1tsp (optional)
Ginger, Garlic Paste  - 1tsp
Salt to taste
