Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Tamarind - 25 gms
Chilli Powder (Kolambu millagai powder) - 2.5 tsp
Cumin Seeds- 2 tsp
Mustard & urad dal -1 tsp
Fenugreek Seeds - 1 tsp
Pepper - 1 tsp
Garlic - 10 nos
Curry Leaves
