Garam dal -2tsp
Toor dal - 2 tsp
urad dal - 2 tsp
coriander seeds - 2 tsp
pepper - 1/2 tsp
Cumin - 1tsp
Red chilli - 3 nos
sesame oil - 5 tsp
Mustard - 1/2 tsp .
Asafoetida- 1/2 tsp.
Ghee, cashew, groundnut -(optional)
Salt to Taste
Ingredients for Potato fry:
Potato (boiled) - 250gms
Red chilli powder - 2.5 tsp
Salt to taste
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Mustard -1/2 tsp
sesame Oil - 3-4 tsp
Garlic - 3-4 nos
